Subscription Policy
Right to Refuse or Cease Work
Grid Digital Marketing reserves the right to refuse to commence, or to cease, work with any client where we believe the engagement may pose a reputational, ethical, legal, or operational risk, or where the client’s activities do not align with our values or areas of expertise.
If termination of the contract is decided upon before the commencement of services, a full refund will be issued.
Where applicable, we will provide 30 days’ written notice. Any services paid for and delivered up to the termination date will be honoured. No refunds will be issued for work already commenced.
1. Subscription Terms
All SEO packages are offered on a rolling monthly subscription basis. Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined below.
6-month minimum term required.
2. Payments
Payments for subscriptions are billed on the 1st of each month. Payment must be received in advance to ensure uninterrupted services.
3. Cancellations
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time, provided they give 30 days' written notice. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@griddigitalmarketing.co.uk. Services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a cycle.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of SEO services, all payments are final, and refunds are not provided once services have commenced. If a billing error occurs, please contact us at info@griddigitalmarketing.co.uk within 7 days to resolve the issue.
5. Changes to Subscriptions
Clients may upgrade or downgrade their subscription by contacting us at info@griddigitalmarketing.co.uk. Upgrades and downgrades will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
6. Late Payments
Payments not received within 7 days of the due date may result in suspension of services until payment is made.
7. Termination by Us
Grid Digital Marketing reserves the right to terminate subscriptions for any reason with a 30-day notice. In cases of non-payment, violation of terms, or misuse of services, immediate termination may occur without prior notice.
8. Service Delivery
Deliverables and timelines are outlined within each package.
Subscriptions do not guarantee specific outcomes, as SEO results depend on various factors, including competition and changes in search engine algorithms.
9. Amendments to Policy
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or on our website at least 30 days before taking effect.
